Everything was great. Room size and bathroom were spacious. Loved the rooftop pool. Views were beautiful. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Aloft never disappoints. I always seek them out whatever location I visit. Check-in and check-out was fast and easy. Hotel right off the beach within walking distance. Clubs, bars, restaurants all in walking distance of Hotel Zone. Staff was professional, courteous, and helpful!!

Lovely hotel at a great location close to the center of the hotel zone. The roof top was a great place to relax. The hotel also had a pool table, which was fun. Very helpful and friendly staff. It was good value for the price I got it for.

Excellent staff, very helpful and friendly. Great location close to two beaches and many supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance. Facilities like rooftop pool and well-equipped gym.

We didn’t want to stay (or pay) at a resort because we knew we’d be out exploring a lot, so this was a perfect option for us! The location is right in the middle of the hotel zone and was a 5 minute walk from popular places (Cocobongo, Señor Frogs, etc.) as well as a supermarket, restaurants, and tourist shops. The best part was the all-inclusive bar! Staff was also very friendly and gave us great recommendations.

Location was above our expectations! Room - lit bit outdated but we made a lot of fun from screeches on the bed boards. Sound and light insulation was perfect. And we had the best cleaning lady - Lumey!
