Amazing! I will definitely be back! The hotel is in a perfect location. The rooms are comfortable, clean and very spacious. The facilities are amazing, the view from the rooftop pool is beautiful. The staff will make your stay 100% better. Toño especially made our stay at Aloft so much better! He truly is a great person and employee. he is very knowledgeable about the area and is always very servicial, kind, and welcoming. The housekeeping staff and the workers at the breakfast area Esther and Arturo are also very kind and welcoming.

Everything was great. Room size and bathroom were spacious. Loved the rooftop pool. Views were beautiful. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Aloft never disappoints. I always seek them out whatever location I visit. Check-in and check-out was fast and easy. Hotel right off the beach within walking distance. Clubs, bars, restaurants all in walking distance of Hotel Zone. Staff was professional, courteous, and helpful!!

We didn’t want to stay (or pay) at a resort because we knew we’d be out exploring a lot, so this was a perfect option for us! The location is right in the middle of the hotel zone and was a 5 minute walk from popular places (Cocobongo, Señor Frogs, etc.) as well as a supermarket, restaurants, and tourist shops. The best part was the all-inclusive bar! Staff was also very friendly and gave us great recommendations.

Clean, best location for quiet sleep but close to all main attractions, so location is unbeatable. Very nice receptionists (all of them), I got my deposit back just as it was said, fair and correct. Room is great, bathroom too, recommend! Also, depends on what option you took but we had some drinks included. Anyways it's a very nice hotel.
